Remember, do not share this code with anyone. You also have the option to enter your saved Backup Code to successfully log in. Enter this code on your Roblox screen to successfully log in. Choosing this option will send a unique code to your email address. If you have a verified email address on your account, you will see an “Email Me a Code” option. If you are challenged with a 2-Step Verification Cross Device Prompt, you will have the option to verify your login in other ways. Selecting another way to verify your login attempt You will have the ability to review details about the login attempt like device type, regional location, IP address, date and time. If you receive a 2-Step Verification by Cross-Device Prompt, you will be asked to use a mobile device on which you are already logged into your Roblox account to approve or reject the login attempt. You will see these prompts if you do not have any of the 2-Step Verification methods listed above enabled on your account and if Roblox detects there is a suspicious login attempt into your account. This is because security keys are only supported on web browsers. To enable 2-Step verification by Security Keys, you must also have 2-Step Verification by Authenticator App enabled on your account. Set up 2-Step Verification by Security Keys Note that if you log in via passkey, your 2-Step Verification will be bypassed. Once you enter the code on your Roblox screen, you will be successfully logged in. You can find the code in your chosen Authenticator App on your mobile device. Once you enable 2-Step Verification by Authenticator App, you will be asked to enter a code every time that you log in with your password or login with Email OTP. Some apps you can choose are Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Duo, Twilio Authy. If you don’t have an Authenticator App, you can download one from the App Store. To enable 2-Step Verification by Authenticator App, you must have an Authenticator app on your mobile device. Set up 2-Step Verification by Authenticator App Please note that if you log in via Email OTP or passkey, your 2-Step Verification will be bypassed.
